Warranty Information


1. General Warranty Procedure

          Invidia USA offers a one-year warranty on all of its products. To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer and submit photographic or video evidence. We will review your claim, and once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to you. This RMA number must be included in all subsequent return or exchange processes. Any returns without an RMA number will be considered invalid.

2. Installation Requirement

          All Invidia products must be installed by a qualified professional. If your warranty claim is approved, the items must be shipped back to Invidia USA at the owner's expense. We will inspect the product and either repair or replace it at our own discretion, after which the item will be returned to the customer. Please note that replacement parts will not be sent until the original warranty item has been received.

3. Key Warranty Conditions

          Upon receipt of the product, please conduct a thorough inspection prior to installation to verify that the item is correct and free from any damage. Please be aware that any fitment issues or attempts to return used items will void the warranty. If the product does not fit upon initial installation, do not use it. Instead, take photographs and video, and email them along with your receipt to sales@jetworld.com.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
• Structural welds

• Mufflers and their internals
• Cracks
• Manufacturing defects

4. Warranty Coverage

4.1: U.S. Purchases: Invidia USA's warranty applies exclusively to purchases made within the United States.

4.2: International Purchases: International purchases are not covered under our warranty; however, we are willing to assist you in resolving any issues to the best of our ability. Please note that any shipping costs incurred, including both return and outbound shipments, as well as any customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

          Transportation costs, labor charges (including installation fees), and any other claims for compensation or incidental damages are not covered under our warranty.
